Need a Vacation From This Vacation

In Karaburun - Izmir... my book, my sister, the shoulder of my father :)

I have traveled from one place to another, in different cars, buses, towns. Stayed in many different rooms, not sleeping because of the heat, or when we had AC because of my allergies. I have not slept over a week now, and my allergies are huoooorrrible. My immune system is probably screaming at me to take better care of it immediately. I did not practice yoga for two days and it effects everything. Seriously. 

I need a vacation from my vacation, the weddings, the roads, the drinks, too many places in too little time. No more of these all in once again please. Looking forward to having peaceful days...

Getting ready

Back to Izmir. Two days two celebrations and already exhausted. The heat is unbelievable and I do not have a library with an AC. It's impossible to study at all, with this pace, with this heat. Well what can you do? Right? 

Summer

After spending a very cold spring in Berlin, I am jubilant about every aspect of summer/ spring in Izmir!

In Izmir

The summer arrived in the west coast of Turkey. I had a tan in my feet excluding the slipper lines :) Only from walking in the city!

I cannot tell you how much I missed summer although it will become quite miserable eventually.. Walking barefoot on the stone pavement, sleeveles shirts and search for a breeze. And with the breeze the scent of the honeysuckle and the jasmin tree.... Ahh the lazy summer time :))
