Yoga and Life
There are some poses in Ashtanga Yoga that you think you can never manage or you think "oh this one will take so much time". Then you practice everyday, learn some tips and voila, the pose is there. Utthita Parshvasahita was one of the poses I thought I needed many years until I do it completely for two reasons: Your hamstrings must flexible and you need a perfect balance. But it's there. I like it. And now when I come across with a pose that is so difficult at a current stage the thought always accompanies: "Practice and all is coming" and I think that's true for everything in life.. "Practice and all is coming" Sri K. Pattabhi Jois
Have a lovely week everybody
