This morning I had to leave home without any practice. I hope I will find some time in the afternoon, after a productive day in the library! Some of the not favorite asanas are becoming my favorites since I now learn how to approach them: Using the negative forces in the legs, to relax but to be in the control of each muscle and engage them at the same time.
