Yoga Time

Slept only for 4 hours, had to deal with banking, visa documents, grocery shopping...
And, aaand my favorite series starts in 2 hours. So it's time for some Yoga.

I am excited since maybe, maybe I will join the Yoga course that I have been reading about for months...
You can find the information about the course here. I love the philosophy behind it. It is called Shadow Yoga. It starts with releasing the tension in the bones and joints by focusing on breath and rhythm.

Now it's my time for my ashtanga yoga. Namaste..
